Sometimes it isn't your genetics but rather what you do to your own hair that causes you to lose it.
That's right, our bad habits can get in the way of the growth of our hair.
You must be very careful of certain things that can trigger hair loss.
One of them is shampooing your hair way too much.
Now there isn't anything wrong with shampooing more often than necessary, but you must be careful as to how you do it and what you use.
Any shampoo that contains Sodium Laureth Sulphate is a big danger to look out for.
Sodium Laureth Sulphate is an additive placed in shampoo to help lift dirt and oils.
It works really great in doing this too, but there are some dangers to it.
It leads to drastic hair loss when constantly applied to the hair and scalp.
It strips your hair of its structure and eventually you'll see thinner and thinner hair as a result of using it.
One way around this is to avoid commercial shampoo and use herbal shampoo.
Those containing healing ingredients such as aloe vera, green tea, saw palmetto, sage, and even the plant nettle is perfect for your hair.
Here's a little something that I discovered while doing a bit of research.
If you wash your hair with warm water, be sure to rinse it with cool water.
Why is this needed? It's simply because if you don't you run the risk of seeing hair breakage.
Not only must you do what's necessary to stimulate hair growth, but you also must protect it.
