Menopause is a time in a woman's' life when her menstrual period has ended, as well as all of the perimenopause symptoms that she had been experiencing for years.
Sometimes, it is a huge relief for a woman to reach this stage in her life.
Other times though, it signifies to the woman that she is not as young as she used to be, and therefore becomes very depressing.
I know that I was very happy when I realized that I had finally put the perimenopause symptoms behind me.

You definitely should check with your gynecologist regarding the bleeding in between periods to rule out cancer.
