You Are Untrustworthy Because You Are Not Aligned With Spirit

In this universe we need many rules and laws because we are all striving for this thing called freedom which allows us to do whatever we want in the pursuit of our own happiness. If you believe in the concept that we are separate from each other and separate from earthly things, this pursuit of freedom turns out to be a highly personal thing.

What I decide is my freedom to do whatever I want may impinge on your freedom to do whatever you want. Even though we have this universal concept of freedom, to actually implement it means we need rules of conduct about how each of us can separately pursue our freedom within the context of all of us pursuing freedom. Can you see where this might get a little complex?

Once again, if you live within the paradigm of separation the only way to do this is to set up a system of laws to account for each and every way that the freedoms of some can't be exploited by the freedoms of others. These laws must be established using the dictates of our highest standards. Among those are the commandments sent down to us by God.

One of those commandments is thou shall not kill. Our leaders have established laws that say that we, as a people and a society, must not kill any other person. We all understand that this is a good law. In fact it is a commandment. We did good. We took one of God's commandments and made it a law of the land.

Now just like all of the commandments, this one gets broken by an untrustworthy human every now and again. Usually the work of the Devil has a hand in it. What do we do to this person who broke our law against killing another person? Well, we kill him.

It's okay, however, because we also have a book that was generated by the followers of God's son which says that we can take an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. This statement obviously means we, as a society, can kill people who violate our laws about killing people.

So where does this idea that we are all separate from on another and all other things put us, and how did we get here? It's very bizarre how this all came about. When you study the theology of great spiritual teachers like Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, Mohammed, Abraham and many more, none of them taught that we are separate from God.

In fact, most of their teachings told us quite the opposite. They taught us that we are in the image and likeness of God. They taught us that the universal force is within all of us and that we are here to manifest the glory of God that is within us. Not just within some of us, but within all of us.

How did we misinterpret the information from these great teachers and develop the separation mentality that most of the world subscribes to today? What happened is that the recorders and the interpreters, who came along after the teachers, took it upon themselves to use these teachings to formulate religions based on these teachings.

The religious founders decided it was more important to instill the separation theory because people following that religion could more easily be controlled. They reasoned that if the people saw themselves as separate from and inferior to the Divine, then they would need the religion and the religious leaders to help them gain entrance to heaven. Then it was only a matter of continually educating the followers to believe in this separation mentality by using the fear of not being able to gain entrance to Heaven or the bigger fear of going to Hell.

The problem with the belief in the idea that you are separate is that if you subscribe to it, and most of the tribes on the planet do, you will always be lost. Figure it out. At your core, you are untrustworthy. Why? Because you are separate from the Divine.

The Divine is trustworthy, but you are not the Divine. The Divine's son is trustworthy, but you are not the Divine's son. You are not trustworthy, so think about this. Would you trust in somebody who is not trustworthy? You have been told throughout your life by the people and teachers that you trust the most, your parents, grandparents, teachers, religious leaders and friends, that you are separate from God. In God we trust. You, we are not too sure about.

Do you see the natural consequences when you are not aligned with spirit? If you believe you are separate from your spiritual aspect then you also must believe that you don't have the same powers as your spiritual aspect. Conversely, If you believe you are one with your spirit then you can quite easily believe that you possess the same powers because you are one with spirit.

It all comes down to what you believe. Whatever you believe will be your truth. You have the choice to believe that you are separate from your spirit and therefore do not possess the power of spirit, or you can believe that you are one with your spirit and therefore do possess that power.

It is all a matter of choice. What do you choose?
