How to Adjust a Bubbler

    • 1). Find and remove the screws on the top of the bubbler. Depending on your model, you may need a flat-head or Phillips-head screwdriver. Once you've removed the screws, lift the top of the bubble off and place it to the side.

    • 2). Find the fountain control screw, which should be on the pipe that supplies water to the bubbler head, beneath the valve or button that activates the water flow.

    • 3). Turn the water on by turning the handle or pushing the button. Notice whether the water is flowing properly, too strongly or too weakly.

    • 4). Adjust the screw, using a screwdriver or Allen wrench, depending on your bubbler model. Turning the screw clockwise decreases the water pressure, while turning it counterclockwise increases the pressure. Finding the right balance may take several attempts and some trial and error.

    • 5). Put the top of the bubbler back on and tighten the screws.
