  Majuro is the capital island of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, a nation comprised of 34 islands spread out over nearly one million square miles in the Pacific Ocean. Home to approximately 50 percent of the Marshall Islands’ population, Majuro is the nation’s most developed and urban island, offering visitors a variety of tourist activities. • The Hotel Robert Reimers is a family-owned and -operated hotel located just 20 minutes from the Majuro International Airport. All of the hotel’s rooms are air-conditioned and have TVs with CNN, BBC and ESPN channels. Rooms are equipped with mini-bars, refrigerators, coffeepots, telephones and alarm clock radios.
