The Victorian Town House is located in Edinburgh's New Town and is within walking distance of Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street, The Gallery of Modern Art, Murrayfield Stadium, The Royal Botanical Gardens and the Edinburgh International Conference Centre. This B&B consists of two floors with guest rooms located next to a private garden. Guests are given a key so they can come and go as they please. There are three bedrooms, the Caledonian Room, Colonial Room and the Oriental Room. Each room has a sofa, color TV, hairdryer, radio alarm clock, hospitality tray with biscuits, tea and coffee and en-suite facilities. Breakfast is prepared with local produce and served in a breakfast room looking into the garden. Guests can choose between a cooked breakfast, with a vegetarian alternative, or a cold buffet with pastries, muffins and croissants. The Victorian Town House is a smoke-free establishment. Children under 14 and pets are not accepted.
