Pregnant women can take the raw ginger, drink ginger tea, or ask buy the pickled ginger that can be bought at Chinese drugstores.
There are also aromatherapy oils that would help in relieving morning sickness.
The peppermint oil is used by many pregnant women worldwide.
Put two drops of the peppermint oil at the bowl of hot water.
Put it in a place where you can easily smell the aroma of the oil.
It can be in a table beside you bed so you can have a nice nap, or at the table beside the sofa so you can feel relaxed as you watch TV.

And once you wake up, stay in bed even for just a few minutes.
