Have you ever seen a baby try to breast feed from a man with moobs? If you're an observer, it can be hilarious. But if you're the moob owner, it can be humiliating.
Babies are conditioned through their genes to feed and put anything they can in their mouths. All sorts of objects, ranging from toys to breasts can go there. And if a man has sizeable breasts, then it is only inevitable that a baby may wish to feed off them. Therefore, men who are in regular contact with babies must do their best to keep a trim physique.
Due to changing dietary patterns and the sedentary way of life that has emerged in the developed world, many men have started to develop large breasts. This modern phenomenon is rarer in developing countries, where such men are often subject to much mockery.
For example, while in Thailand, a friend with breasts was frequently groped by school children whenever he set foot outside his hotel. One young street seller even called him a lady boy, before grabbing his breasts and swiftly disappearing into the crowd. Local law enforcers did nothing to prevent this sexual harassment, and those who witness it merely chuckled.
Get Rid Of Those Moobs Without Exercise
It is possible to get rid of moobs without exercise, though it requires a bit of willpower. My personal trainer used to have a client with moob issues, and would always tell me that his client should:
- Stop going out as much.
- Eat smaller portions.
- Eat more home cooked meals with his family.
- Drink less alcohol.
The above is obviously common sense, but people often don't realise what they have to do if it isn't spelled out for them.
Get Rid Of Those Moobs The Physical Way
Aerobic Exercises: Sweating out the fat through hard exercise is a good start. The more the better. Aerobic exercises include running, cycling, rowing and cross trainers.
A lot of people have trouble maintaining a constant workflow in the gym and can end their training sessions too early due to boredom. This can be avoided by varying the routines (e.g. 15 minutes running followed by 15 minutes of rowing, rather than 30 minutes of running), listening to music, watching TV or having a gym buddy.
Weight Training: Toning the chest's pectoral muscles can also help to get rid of embarrassing moobs. Different chest exercises focus on different areas of the chest.
- Flat bench presses focus the general chest area.
- Inclined bench presses focus on the higher area of the chest.
- Dumbell flies will place more emphasis on the area towards to centre of the chest.
WARNING: Remember that the aim of these exercises is to tone the pectoral muscles and reduce the layer of fat covering them. Do this by performing a high number of repetitions using light weights. For example, you should be lifting weights that are light enough for you to comfortably perform at least 30 reps.
