Are you thinking about starting your online business? Do you own your own online business but have found that the going is much tougher than you thought it would be? If so, take a look at these mistakes that most online business owners make.
If you make these 2 mistakes, your chances of surviving in this ultra-competitive market are pretty much 0.
Mistake #1: Wanting Everything For Free Not wanting to pay for information that would help my business caused my first few business ideas to fall flat.
I was too cheap to pay for anything, and I instead searched the Internet only to find bits and pieces.
After wasting a lot of time and a lot of money, I finally determined that I was going to learn from someone that knew what they were talking about.
Solution: don't be so cheap.
You can find a lot of good and free information on the Internet, but you will not find the latest or greatest for free.
This is the way I look at it now - either I can spend 10 hours researching a subject, or I can spend $20 and find what I needed and more.
Since I can use the information that I got for $20 to make hundreds and hundreds of dollars, then the $20 was a great investment for me.
Mistake #2: Not Treating Your Business Like A Real Business Someone once said that being your own boss meant that you could choose when you worked your 80 hours a week.
The point they were making is that owning your own online business is not easy.
The other side of the coin is that the potential of owning your own business absolutely demolishes the potential of a 9-5 job.
But so many people don't want to put in the time and effort that it takes to achieve their dreams.
