While Molly was described as a "loving lap cat" when Anna adopted her from a rescue group, today, a year later, she still won't sit in her lap. Molly was rescued from a possible hoarding situation, which understandably would leave her with trust situations. However, Anna's loving care has given Molly trust enough to want to be close to her, and to love being petted.
Molly's age is estimated at eight to ten years old, and so far her only health issues seem to be the need for a consistent dental program, which Anna and her veterinarian are seeing to.
You can read more of Molly's touching story on her personal page in the Joy of Senior Cats Show and Tell gallery.
