- 1). Make a neck lotion to supply vitamins and nutrients to the skin around the double and triple chins. Put 1 tbsp. cocoa butter, 1 tbsp. lanolin and ½ cup corn oil into the top of a double boiler. Melt the three ingredients thoroughly and place in a sealable jar. Apply to neck once a day to restore elasticity and reduce sagging.
- 2). Perform neck exercises daily to increase circulation and reduce fat accumulation. Poor circulation reduces the amount of vitamins that reach the skin, leaving it unhealthy and saggy. Move the head in wide, circular motions clockwise at least four times and then counterclockwise at least four times. Make the movements as fluid as possible. Repeat three times daily.
- 3). Combine 1 tsp. glycerine, ½ tsp. Epsom salts and five drops of peppermint oil together and place on a small cotton pad. Place the pad directly onto the neck and secure in place with elastic bandages. This will help restore nutrients to the neck and increase elasticity. Apply to the neck and double-chin area three to five times weekly.
- 4). Create a facial cream to moisten the neck and provide vitamin E. Add an egg yolk, 1 tbsp. wheat germ oil and 1 tbsp. brewer's yeast to a blender and mix well on medium speed. Wash the face and neck thoroughly, and then gently apply the cream to the neck. Allow it to dry for 15 to 20 minutes, and then rinse off with cool water. Dry your face and double- or triple-chin area thoroughly using a clean cotton towel.
- 5). Eat foods that are high in vitamin E. This vitamin plays one of the largest roles in skin health. The enhanced levels of vitamin E in the body will increase elasticity and general health of the skin all over the body. It will also reduce sagging and help get rid of double and triple chins. Foods high in vitamin E include dairy, eggs, brown rice, liver, barley, rye and nuts.
