What is important is that you learn to speak Passap so you can communicate with the console if your goal is to learn to use this fabulous knitting machine.
You know how persnickety computers can be so when approaching any computer you have to go with steps and the exact sequence of inputting those steps.
When you understand the step by step format of the console and the questions it asks, it will get easier to learn the programming so you avoid the error messages and accomplish the pattern and technique input into the computer.
The computer shows the choices and you decide if you want to accept them.
Once you have achieved the knowledge of the sequence, your knitting on the Passap will be much easier.
Stay with it until you get to the breakthrough moments and gain the confidence to know you can tackle this marvelous machine.
I will be taking you through a simple set of steps so you understand what the Passap language is, how you learn it and in what order you need to put the steps, then in what order you need to input the steps into the console which is a computer.
Not much different than spelling a word.
If you put the letters in the wrong order you have an error and a misspelled word.
If you input the data into the Passap console in the wrong order you have an error.
The only difference is that the console talks back and that sound is very annoying.
Then comes this set of questions: - what did I miss or do wrong? - where can I find help? - who knows the answer to my question? - am I going to understand what they are telling me in writing? I'd invite you to get these questions are answered for yourself.
