Health and skin care for winter

Winter is the time for excursion and cheerfulness. Winter coming, the temperature dropped; weather drying and it could be the cause of anxiety for good health and fitness. Winter is the time of greatest introduction to dry cold winds and ultraviolet rays are also. Winter season is the time for to take most care of you to stay fresh and soft skin. This is the period when most of families suffer from illness. You can help to protect your family from illness and infection and keep your family in good nature over the months to come or if you have already a blood sugar patients or diabetes patients take them care especially in this winter season. Here are some easy helpful tips to feel and look fine this winter!

Eating right:

An essential diet is very important for winter health care. I think that all of family eats 3 square meals a day and include nutrias food, vitamin and minerals are essential to keep on fit and healthy. Even a high calorie diet is appropriate and eats also a fresh vegetable such as- cabbage, cauliflower, spinach, radish, carrot, tomato etc. Once avoid the lack of vitamin such as mutton, black bone chicken, eggs, fish etc.

To get rid of the tanning and fine lines:

In winter use the juice of tomato twice everyday to get rid of the tanning and fine lines. Don't forget to have raw tomatoes to take in Vitamin-C in your everyday diet and reduce fine lines of skin too. Tomato and orange are is also helpful in reducing fine lines.

To fight dryness:

In winter our face is become very dryness so face pack is very important to all types of skin. I suggest to all of people that mix ripe papaya, honey, vitamin E capsule and one drop of glycerin form a paste. Then spread the pack all over the face. If you get a soft skin in this dry season then mix juice of half a lime and a spoon of glycerin in a cup of boiled milk then massage the mixture all over body. Then your skin is become very soft, smooth and bright.

Treat for oily skin:

If you have oily skin in this dry month so you try out this pack of grated potato and drops of lime. Then you rinse it carefully with water. Dead cells will removed and give you a fresh look.

Cover up against the cold:

Keeping hot is very essential for all of family health care because during the winter we should maintain our body temperature. In this season all most every people suffer from cold. So it is very essential that, everyone wearing a woolen cloth, winter coat, jacket. Scarf, hat and gloves.

Treat for cracked lips and heels:

Cracked lips and heels are never-ending problem in winter season. Clean your feet every day with soap and massage cream. When you going out always use the socks and massage Vaseline and glycerin every night. Use a mixture of honey, limejuice, olive oil and glycerin to heal cracked lips.

Don't neglect to exercise:

Physical exercise is very important for all of season not only winter season although it is difficult to regular exercise in winter. Cold temperature can make more difficult to take part in usual fitness movement. Physical exercise is can increase your body language, stretch your movement and blood circulation.

Remain fresh:

I also suggest to all people don't stop bathing in dry winter. Use rose water and body oil after bathing. This is the wonderful formula for growing your body. If you have no time to spread at morning then you add olive oil or coconut oil in your bath of water.
