- 1). Write the email you wish to send. Choose whether or not you want the email recipients to see each other on the email or only receive a copy of the message. The CC field means you will be sending a carbon copy of the email (everyone receiving the email can see who the email is sent to). The BCC field means that you will be sending a blind carbon copy of the email; the recipients only see their own names as receivers of the email. You can also just send the email in the To field, which will send everyone the original email while all recipients will be able to see who the email is sent to (much like CC).
- 2). Type the email address in the field or form you wish the recipient to receive email in. If you think that the recipient does not want her email address known to people, put her in the BCC field.
- 3). Add other addresses and separate the addresses with a comma. Make sure the addresses are exact or the email will not send.
