Therefore, communicating with a narcissist can be difficult as his preference will always be to have the conversation focused on him and his actions.
- Living with a narcissist may also impact how you make decisions in your household. A narcissist's lack of empathy and need for constant admiration means she will make decisions best suited to her own needs and desires. These decisions may not be best for the household as a whole.
