No magic pill to kill the infection.
Ringing ears are a symptom of an underlying cause and not the cause itself so effective treatment for ringing ears must address the underlying cause.
Here are 2 tips I used to control my ringing ears and so can you.
- Exercise.
I know for a lot of people that is almost a dirty word but exercise can be effective in reducing the severity of the ringing in your ears.
It doesn't have been anything fancy and you don't even have to go to the gym.
Just go for a reasonably brisk walk for 20 or 30 minutes 3 or 4 times a week at a time to suit you although early evening would give you greater benefit.
Exercise stimulates your circulation and increases the flow of blood to the area around your ears as well as helping to reduce your stress, a main cause of ringing ears. - Try this "massage" technique to reduce the volume of the ringing in your ears.
Place your index finger on either side of your face in the hollow just in front of your ears at the point where your jaw is hinged and press firmly for about 30 seconds.
Do this a couple of times each day and experience relief from ringing ears.
I know they helped me and that is why I am offering them to you.
