Well, the answer to this question is dependent on the niche that you are in and the numbers of other website owners who are competing with you.
But I doubt if writing one article per day can possibly generate huge back links.
So, what is the purpose of back links? We use back links to improve our page rankings.
Google uses this method of page rank of your website to gauge how popular your website is.
They need this information so that they know where to rank your site in the search engine rankings for a particular keyword.
So the higher the page rank, the higher your website will be ranked in the search engine results.
There are different elements of website optimizations that come into play.
But all things being equal, this is how it's worked out.
For instance, if you had an identical website to another, you may find that your page is ranked higher or lower based on the title of your web pages or the keyword density of the web page.
So if you can gather some number of inbound links to your website, you would more than likely achieve a page rank of between 1 and 10.
Google uses some complicated logarithm, which is very difficult to understand and is also kept undercover.
But basically, the more back links you can create, the better your chances of being ranked highly in the search engine rankings.
If you generate five or six inbound links and perhaps as many as 50 back links, you will have a chance of being ranked higher in the search engines.
So in order to generate your back links, you must create articles, articles which contain resource information at the end of the articles that link to your website.
Once these articles have been submitted to article directories, other website owners will download your content and place it on their particular website.
This will generate a back link.
The higher number of back links you achieve, the higher your website will be ranked in the search engines.
There you go! Can you generate 10 articles a day? Can you generate 20 articles a day? If you are new to article marketing a good place to start is to start with five articles on a regular basis.
Write five articles every day for the next three months and monitor your traffic, your back links and your page ranks in the search engines.
You will be overwhelmed by the difference you can make by generating huge numbers of articles.
So will one article per day achieve huge back links? The answer is an emphatic no.
