Why Acne Is Destroying Your Life

Acne has nowadays become a large concern for today's youth. The reason for this is that acne is considered both ugly, dirty and very un hygienic. As a comfort to you I can tell you that acne is often caused by other reasons than bad hygiene even though bad hygiene will cause you a lot of acne too. You see the reason why young people, pregnant women and women right before their periods get acne is... hormones. There are many different hormones in our bodies that will crank up the oil production in your skin which in turn gives you a lot of acne, and quickly too. Therefore, what you need to do is to keep your cells from cranking up these hormones and that way stop your skin from producing too much oil.

So knowing this you can at least feel a little better about yourself and not feel like you're dirty and because of that are experiencing breakouts. Also if someone is mocking you because of your acne and saying that you're dirty you can tackle it by telling them that it mostly has to do with hormones.

Acne is also causing loss of confidence to a lot of people today and this is not a good thing at all. Young kids don't feel unconfident about themselves and end up hanging alone in school instead of practicing their social skills and this might follow you for life. Maybe you got bullied in school for being the lonely guy/girl or maybe because of your acne... and this can cause many problems in life later on. A lot of the problems that people are suffering from later on in life like having a hard time socializing with other people at work can be traced back to their younger years and how they felt about themselves in school.

As you probably understand, it's very important to make sure that people feel confident about themselves especially during their younger years. And one of the best ways to stay confident about yourself is by getting rid of your acne.

The main reason why acne can truly destroy your life is that if the situation is really bad and you feel very unconfident about yourself and don't really want to meet any friends and eventually fall into depression. And this can be dangerous. When a person is suffering from depression, it is very easy to catch all kinds of different diseases, not to mention suicide thoughts might come up. Same goes for stress too. And the reason why stress is not good in this situation is because stress causes you to get even more acne, so you'll have to try and avoid it by any means necessary.

The main point with this article was to get you to understand that you want to avoid acne for many other reasons than it doesn't look good. It can indirectly lead to pretty nasty things actually... and you don't want that.

The last thing I want to mention is mostly for women but boyfriends/husbands listen up too. There is a medicine called Isotretinoin (you might know it better with the name of a brand called Accutane) which works very well for getting rid of acne. But if you use it wrong it can have very nasty side-effects. For example, if you take this medicine while you're pregnant or you get pregnant while using this medicine it might even cause you side-effects like birth defect. And this is something which I categorize as things that almost destroys your life.
