How can you position yourself to achieve the success of the top 5% of the population who owns this country's big businesses and control 95% of this country's wealth?

First of all, you need to change your core value from that of job security to that of freedom. 95% of the population in this country trade time for money and they value job security. Big business owners (rich people) leverage their time, leverage their money and build residual income, which creates freedom for them to do whatever they want to do whenever they want to do it.

If you want to learn the secrets of the top 5% of the population, you need to educate yourself and change your core value. You need to read books, listen to CDs, and watch DVDs to learn how to become a network marketer. This will be your biggest challenge, which is to leave your familiar surroundings and enter a new domain. You have to leave your comfort zone to change the way things are. It is insane to think that things are going to change, if you continue to do same thing everyday. In order for things to change, you must change. The top 5% of the population does not care about job security because they are only interested in living life in their own terms without having to answer to anyone.

The only way that those of us in the 95% of the population can achieve this freedom that the top 5% enjoys, is to own a franchise like McDonalds Restaurant or enter the industry of Network Marketing which one can do with a low start up cost. You can buy a McDonalds Restaurant, which can cost you a million of dollars to buy one and hundreds of thousands of dollars to maintain your business. The problem with owning a business like this is that it will take you a couple of years to start making money. Also, you will have the headaches of employees, customer service, and taxes etc. etc. In Network Marketing, with the right company, all of these issues are taken care of for you. You will have education, support and seasoned leaders to teach and coach you to success. In this industry, there is no glass ceiling on your way up the promotional ladder. Sky is the limit as to how high you want to go. You work hard, you can go to the top of the company's pay plan. 

Before you start building your business once you have chosen the right vehicle for you, you need to read the book (Your First Year In Network Marketing) in order to avoid the pitfalls of building your own Network Marketing business. The two main causes of failure in this industry is listening to people that don't know what they are talking about because of their ignorance and the second cause of failure is the new Network Marketer not listening to their up line and other professionals in the industry.

Most failures occur in this industry because of lack of education and perseverance. You will have to learn to discipline your disappointments and be teachable and coachable. You will also need to develop a strong faith in yourself and your God.
