Cure Insomnia Without Medication

As stress has continued to build in our daily lives, it becomes more difficult to put all of our life's problems out of our mind.

Meditation has long been effective in calming the mind and body and has typically been done with yoga or Tai Chi.
However, each of these methods require formal learning or teaching and a lot of practice.
