How to Get a Perfect Tan & Protect Your Skin From Sun Damage

Are you having a hard time getting a radiant even tan and beautiful sun kissed skin? Are you worried about damaging your skin in the sun, or have you already burned it many times? No matter your situation, this article will show you how to get a perfect tan and protect or repair sun damaged skin.
Using this technique I personally have gotten radiant sun kissed skin without burning.
All this without even using sun blocks, sun lotions or creams, which mostly are filled with risky chemicals and other harsh ingredients.
1.
Deep Skin Nourishment
Nourish your skin deeply beforehand to avoid getting sun damage.
Make sure you eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables daily.
Commit to doing intensive treatments every now and then, with for example cold pressed avocado or olive oil.
And even more regularly use an active body lotion, with nourishing anti-aging ingredients like Vitamin B5, Active Manuka honey and Cynergy TK.

Gradual Sun Bathing
Getting your skin used to the sun gradually each year is vital to avoid sun damage like wrinkles and sagging.
The worst thing you can do is to spend the whole day at the beach without having been in the sun prior that summer or spring.
Start in the spring or early summer and spend an hour or so in the sun daily.
When the hotter summer sun arrives, gradually spend longer time in the sun with pauses.
Always check your skin regularly and make sure to avoid burning it.

After Sun Care
When getting home from a few hours in the summer sun you'll want to do a few things.
First drink lots of water or fresh juice, as hydration is vital for your skin.
Then give your skin a hydrating treat from the outside as well, with for example pure aloe vera gel.
Before going to bed make sure you moisturize your skin deeply with a good natural active body lotion.
