Importance of Sleep and Relaxation

Almost all the people I know constantly claim that they can do anything for sleep.
Just like now I came back home I lied down to get a good sleep, probably a nap, but my mum just had to scream on the top of her lungs that I need to get some food before I sleep, but I just loved my sleep so much that I skipped my lunch for it! Everybody just loves to sleep.
But the haunting reality is such that we just become sleep deprived at one or the other.
Even though we don't even seem to function properly if we don't get the amount of sleep that we want or more precisely require.
We have so many restless nights where we wake up with this gut feeling that the entire day would just go horrible as we won't be able to give our best potential in the things that we do on usual scale.
Sleep is a sort of blessing that has been endowed to us where we relax, rejuvenate and completely go out of the hard realities of life! Not only that, while we are on sleep we become so relieved and totally fresh in the same way a technical tool is recharged through its battery! Science and technology has proven that human being can survive without food, water, shelter but a human being cannot survive without sleep if its more than ten or fifteen days.
It is such because the brain and the whole mechanism of a man is boosted and well perpetuated during the sleeping time.
Sleep and the relaxation both have a lot do with the immune system that the person has by default through nature.
Mostly the healing ability of a human being is developed during the sleeping time.
One can actually relax in time if the person uses the massage chair which is good enough along with the mattress which is nice and comfortable.
