PRESENT POSITION OF PROPERTY FOR SALE IN TURKEY

3) Another important restriction is always that foreign nationals aren't allowed to buy any property in villages.

Through the 69 year period from 1934 for the year 2003, when the earlier land law of the season 1934 was in force, 37342 transactions of property for sale in Turkey procured place in which foreign nationals were involved. From this 2400 transactions were with Syrians. 15842 property transactions took place throughout the two year period from 2003 to 2005 if the land law of the year 2003 remained valid. These transactions were occurred among the citizens of 58 different countries. 8625 British people and 3482 Germans formed the major portion of the foreign personals who were involved in these transactions.

The states which are desirable to foreigners for getting the Property in Turkey were Fethiye, Alanya,, Didim, Bodrum, Kusadasi over the coast, etc. Germans and Scandinavians preferred Alanya while the British were pleased with Fethiye and Didim Reuters Istanbul - in Turkish.
