Daily Exercises for Snoring Cure

If you have snoring problems, and are looking for natural remedies, here are a few exercises to cure snoring that I know of.
Snoring occurs in the throat area, most of the time because of a slackening of the muscles there, or fattening tissues that make the air passage become narrower.
Proper exercises in this area will help reduce the fat as well as tone the muscles, so that the airway can remain unobstructed.
oThe first exercise I am going to tell you is the one that opens up your throat.
Begin by putting your upper and lower molars together, very tightly.
Then open your mouth as wide as you can, without too much stretching.
Just concentrate on your molars.
Put them together and then apart by lowering your jaw, repeatedly for about 15-20 times.
During this exercise, you should begin to feel your jaw muscles strengthening, and the back of your mouth opening up.
The airway is opening because you are contracting the weak tissues in the throat.
The muscles you feel contracting in the back of the throat are the ones that need toning to maintain the proper opening of the air passage during sleep.
Do not overdo the exercise.
20 times twice daily is enough to tone your throat muscles without causing injury.
oAnother exercise aimed at toning these muscles is singing.
When you sing, you use these muscles, making them tighten and therefore reduce snoring.
A friend of mine cured his snoring permanently after he joined his church choir! Twenty minutes daily of singing out loud can keep your neck and throat in shape, while you can enjoy the exercise at the same time.
oExercise of the neck muscles are also recommended as this helps improve blood circulation to the throat area.
Tilt your head slowly from front to back, far enough so you can look up.
Hold the position momentarily, and then return to center position.
Repeat this exercise 5-10 times, twice daily.
oTo develop the side muscles, tilt your head slowly to one side, without going as far as your ear touching your shoulders.
Hold the posture for a moment and then return to center position.
Now repeat as before, but in the other direction.
Do this 5-10 repetitions twice daily.
oNext, rotate your head slowly as far as you can.
Feel your neck muscles stretching.
Hold the position momentarily and then return to center.
Do the same for the opposite direction.
Repeat this 5-10 times twice daily.
oTo develop the back muscles, place your hands behind your head, and then try to press your head backwards with your hands resisting the movement.
Hold this posture for a few moments then relax.
Repeat this 5-10 times, twice a day.
As your muscles in the throat and neck area regains vitality after these simple daily exercises, your snoring will lessen and even go away completely.
