If you or your partner suffer from snoring, you are fully aware that it's no joke! It can have an effect on your health, your relationships and even your mental well-being! Although many people consider surgery or drugs to cure their snoring, this can be an expensive and dangerous way to treat your affliction.
Exercises to stop snoring seem to have the desired effect and won't cost you an arm and a leg! Therefore, in this article i have included 3 stop snoring exercises:- 1) Stick you tongue out as far as possible.
Then try and touch your nose with your tongue and then your chin.
Then stick your tongue out to the right side and then back to the left.
That is one repetition, aim for 10-20 daily.
Many people have a weak tongue.
When you are asleep your tongue may fall back into your throat and cause a blockage.
This will then lead to snoring.
2) Your next exercise to help you stop snoring is say cheese for the camera.
Smile as hard as you can and hold for 10 seconds.
Repeat this ten times a day.
One of the major causes of snoring is loose and flabby throat muscles.
By exaggerating a smile, you can help to tone up this area of your face.
3) Open wide - open your mouth as wide as possible and hold for 10 seconds.
Once again repeat this exercise to stop snoring 10 times every day.
This again can help to tighten up your throat muscles, but also help to loosen your jaw.
A tight jaw while asleep can often lead to excessive snoring.
