Ocean Cruises - A Vacation For All Ages

There are many European cruises, to name a few are the European lines, the Costa Cruises, the MSC cruises and Swan Hellenic and the Norwegian Coastal Voyage.
The European Lines is one of the most affordable than the American mainstream cruise lines.
Their ships are steeped in history with ships that are decades old with small rooms.
But they cruise line has introduced a few state of the art new ships.
The atmosphere on the ship is relaxed and informal and you will hear many languages onboard.
There isn't a great deal of choice besides dining and a few recreational activities.
Most European cruise lines do not offer all night revelry but you get a good value for your money with them.
The European Cruises will take you to Northern, Western and Southern Europe, Russia and Scandinavia.
There are many lake and river cruises offered to the inland destinations like Venice, Amsterdam, Rhine and Danube.
The Costa Cruises are based in Italy, now owned by the Carnival.
They offer megaships with a capacity of 3700 passengers called the Costa Concordia.
It was built in 2006 and is a state of the art ship with a gymnasium on two decks, a swimming pool and luxury spa.
The ship decor and food is signature Italian.
The newer ships have larger rooms and verandas.
The Costa owns nine new ships with a capacity of 1200 to 2700 passengers.
These ships sail to the Norwegian Fjords, West and East Mediterranean regions, Northern Europe and Russia.
